The Steps Of Deconstruction

  • Appraisal Consultation

    A no-cost onsite deconstruction survey identifying all salvageable materials for reuse, and estimates by IRS qualified appraisers of the tax-deduction available if the owner chooses to donate the reusable materials.

  • Asset Audit & Bid

    We’ll produce a comprehensive audit of the salvageable assets, item inventory descriptions and the results in a draft RFP for dissemination to preferred and/or qualified subcontractors.

    You’ll also receive salvage directives, and specific material handling, packaging and loading requirements for the purpose of facilitating competitive bidding by subcontractors.

  • Planning & Donation

    We’ll plan for onsite management during the salvage phase to ensure all materials are salvaged, assembled, packaged, loaded and delivered to the proper recipients.

    We will provide a full diversion report with photographs, detailed charts and the total weight diversion, and all IRS-required documentation if a tax deduction is requested.
